PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS POWERPOINT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA PADA MATERI TRIGONOMETRI KELAS X SMA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to produce learning media using powerpoint to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities in trigonometry material which reached a level of validity, effectiveness and practicality. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE research model. The subjects of this study were class X students of Melati Hamparan Perak Private High School, consisting of 24 students. The research instruments used were validation sheets by media and materials experts, student response questionnaires, and tests of students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The results of this study indicate the quality of the validity of the learning media meets the valid criteria of 95.63%. The level of effectiveness of learning media can be seen from the work on problem solving ability test questions, from the pretest value of 16.6% to the posttest of 95.8% with the percentage of completeness increasing by 79.7% and the level of significance is measured through the t test with the result t-count = 10.012 and t-table = 2.069 where t-count > t-table, meaning that there is a significant difference in the pretest and posttest values. The practicality level of PowerPoint media has practical criteria of 82.5% in the very practical category. Keywrds: Powerpoint Media, Math Problem Solving Ability, ADDIE.Downloads
