IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN INKLUSIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN LITERASI SISWA DENGAN METODE PROGRESIVISME

This research discusses the implementation of inclusive leadership in increasing student literacy at SDN Puncak Lawang using the progressivism method. Inclusive leadership is applied as an approach that emphasizes acceptance, belonging, and inclusivity, while progressivism methods are integrated to optimize student literacy development through a proactive, involved, and adaptive approach. The research results reveal that planning inclusive leadership activities, implementing strategies, organizing library management, and the role of inclusive leadership play a significant role in improving infrastructure supporting student literacy. These findings are supported by quantitative and qualitative data analysis which shows a significant increase in student literacy levels after implementing an inclusive leadership model with progressivism methods. The conclusion of this research highlights that this approach makes a positive contribution to the development of student literacy at SDN Puncak Lawang. Research recommendations include continued efforts in inclusive planning, implementation of sustainable programs, and optimization of infrastructure, confirming that inclusive leadership using progressivism methods can be an effective solution in overcoming literacy stagnation at the elementary school level.References
