Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sekolah TK Di Kabupaten Asahan. Pelnellitian ini melggulnakan pelndelkatan kulantitatif. Data telrselbult kelmuldian dianalisis delngan meltodel analisis statistik korellasi. Data yang dikulmpullkan mellipulti dula variabell belbas yakni kompetensi pedagogik (X<sub>1</sub>) selrta satul variabell telrikat yaitul kinerja guru TK (Y). Popullasi pelnellitian ini adalah sellulrulh gulrul TK Di Kabupaten Asahan, yang belrjulmlah 139 orang guru. Kalrenal jumlalh populalsi lebih besar dalri 10l0l malkal sampel diambil 10% dari populasi yaitu 40 guru TK. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesiuner. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji T karena hanya memiliki satu variabel bebas. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kinerja guru di TK se kabupaten Asahan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di TK se kabupaten Asahan. Hasil ini bisa dibuktikan dengan hasil hipotesis yang dilakukan, dan dikatakan kompetensi pedagogik ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dilihat dari hasil uji regresi yang mengatakan bahwa ada pengaruh sebesar 68,6% antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kinerja guru, untuk 31,4% lainnya bisa dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini seperti intensif/gaji, lingkungan fisik, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, dan kurangnya pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi.</p> 2025-08-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Serunai Administrasi Pendidikan https://ejournal.stkipbudidaya.ac.id/index.php/jc/article/view/1780 ASSESSMENT AND COMPARISON OF INDONESIAN CURRICULUM WITH MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, CHINA, KOREA, JAPAN, UNITED STATES, AND FINLAND [A Systematic Review in the Context of Educational Globalization] 2025-08-01T09:12:53+07:00 Rabukit Damanik rabukitdamanik21@gmail.com Muhammad Rizqi Febri Hamdani rizqifebri1995@gmail.com <p><em>This study aims to examine and compare the Indonesian curriculum with seven developed and developing countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, China, South Korea, Japan, the United States, and Finland. The curriculum as a strategic instrument of education has an important role in producing superior generations who are able to compete globally. The research method used is a literature review with a comparative qualitative approach. The results of the study show that although the Indonesian curriculum has undergone many reforms, it still faces challenges in terms of flexibility, integration of 21st century competencies, and relevance to the business and industrial world (DUDI). Compared to countries such as Finland which prioritizes personalization of learning or Japan which emphasizes morals and social cooperation, the Indonesian curriculum is still focused on cognitive and is not optimal in strengthening character and digital literacy. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, the relevance of the curriculum to the world of work, business, and industry (DUDI) is becoming increasingly important. This study aims to design a curriculum strategy for basic, secondary, vocational, and higher education units that are adaptive and responsive to the needs of DUDI. The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method through literature studies, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate the need for integration between hard skills and soft skills, strengthening links and matches with DUDI, and adjusting the curriculum structure based on learning outcomes and future competencies. This study explores how Malay local wisdom with all its beautiful values ​​of morality, deliberation, and harmony can become fertile ground for the growth of strong character among students. Through an in-depth literature study, we map the meeting point between the eternal Malay treasures and the pressing needs of the digital generation. The findings show that values ​​such as "budi bahasa" and "gotong royong" are not merely legacies of the past, but rather a compass that remains relevant for navigating the complexities of the modern world. We offer practical strategies on how universities can bring back this wisdom in a form that is recognized, experienced, and lived by digital students. This study focuses on an in-depth review of the practice of facility and infrastructure administration in a school, as well as its implications for the quality and effectiveness of learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design in a junior high school in Medan City. Data collection techniques include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and institutional document reviews. Research findings indicate that systematic and organized facility management has a positive impact on the quality of the learning process. However, several obstacles were also identified, including limited administrative personnel, suboptimal inventory data collection, and minimal allocation of funds. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the higher education curriculum to the demands of work competencies in DUDI. The method used is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey approach to 150 alumni from three universities in Indonesia who have worked in various industrial sectors. The results of the study showed that only 62% of respondents felt that the curriculum they studied was relevant to their current jobs, while 38% considered that the curriculum still needed improvement in terms of strengthening soft skills, digital literacy, and practical experience. This finding strengthens the urgency of curriculum reform based on industry needs and strengthening cooperation with DUDI. This study is based on an interesting phenomenon: a meme "Statistics Don't Lie" that describes how the duration of family communication is so unequal a husband's call to his wife is only 5 seconds, while a son can talk to his girlfriend for 1 hour and 23 minutes. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study traces the traces of family communication that can become a vehicle for character education in the digital era. The findings show that meaningful dialogue requires not just quantity, but quality of presence; not just time to talk, but the art of listening. Families that build consistent communication rituals have proven to be more resilient in facing the challenges of the digital era, while also becoming a place where character values ​​grow naturally.
