Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students of class XII-1 SMA Swasta Harapan Paya Bakung in using geogebra software on integral material. The population of this research is all students of class XII of SMA Swasta Harapan Paya Bakung, and the sample is 15 students of class XII-1. The type of research used is qualitative research and quantitative methods. The tool used is a questionnaire on the use of geogebra software to understand the material as a whole. The data collection technique uses observation techniques and questionnaires distributed through the Google Form link, with the hope that students can provide immediate and realistic responses. From the results of the study it can be seen that the highest percentage of questionnaire scores in using geogebra is 73.3% on a scale of 4, namely strongly agree, and the highest score of the percentage of student understanding is 46.67%. Thus it can be said that more than 60% of students in class XII-1 SMA Swasta Harapan Paya Bakung understand using geogebra software on integral material and are interested in knowing the use of geogebra on other material in mathematics. Therefore, seeing students who are interested in using geogebra software in learning mathematics on other materials, it is hoped that educators / teachers will provide examples of using geogebra software on other materials such as geometry, matrices, vectors, building space, and so on.
