HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN EKSTRAKURIKULER DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PPKN SISWA KELAS VII MTS AL WASLIYAH SEI MENCIRIM KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

The researcher conducted research by raising the issue of the relationship between the application of extracurricular activities and the learning outcomes of civics class VII students of MTSAl Wasliyah Sei. Mencirim, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was carried out in. MTS Al Wasliyah Sei Mencirim Deli Serdang Regency. With a population of 42 students. While the sample is the entire population that represents 42 students, but at the time of the study there were 2 students who could not attend. So that the sample in this study was 40 people. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a significant relationship from extracurricular activities with the learning outcomes of Civics Class VII MTs Al Wasliyah Sei Mencirim Deli Serdang Regency. From the results of the study, the average pretest result (before extracurricular) was 40.33 with a standard deviation of 9.4. For the average result of the post test (after extracurricular) of 72.67 with a standard deviation of 13.23. From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test using the product moment correlation formula, it is obtained rcount > rtable. So based on the hypothesis "There is a significant relationship between extracurricular activities and PPKN learning outcomes for Class VII MTs Al Wasliyah Sei Mencirim Deli Serdang Regency, it can be stated that it is true.
