PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PAIKEM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PPKN SISWA KELAS VIII MTs SWASTA AL IHSAN PERTUMBUKAN

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Al-Ihsan Pertumbuk Private MTs school which was conducted in the Odd Semester of the 2014/2015 Academic Year. The population of this study were 158 students who were in class VIII of Al-Ihsan Pertumbuk Private MTs consisting of four classes. While the samples were two classes, class VIII-1 was the control class which consisted of 40 students and class VIII-2 was the experimental class which consisted of 40 students. The average value of the test results in the control class was 58.75 with a standard deviation value of 8.67. For the experimental class test, the average value was 70 with a standard deviation of 6.8. From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test using the product moment correlation formula, it is obtained that rcount > rtable so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between PAIKEM learning and learning outcomes. Then the results of calculations using the t test obtained tcount of 1.76. because tcount is 1.76 > than ttable which is 1.62, the research hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence between the application of the PAIKEM learning model on Indonesian language learning outcomes in class VIII students of MTs Al Ihsan Private Academic Year 2014/2015 is acceptable.
