AUTHOR GUIDELINES

General Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript must be written in Indonesian or English, must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere, and must be free from plagiarism.
  2. The manuscript may take the form of research, case studies, or literary studies.
  3. Authors must register prior to submission. Registration and submission guides are available at the bottom of this page.
  4. The manuscript will be published in e-Journal STKIP Budidaya after undergoing peer review.
  5. The manuscript must be prepared in accordance with the following author guidelines and template.

Structure of the Manuscript

  1. Title. The title must be short, clear, and informative, not exceeding 20 words, and must not contain uncommon abbreviations. The main idea should be stated first, followed by its elaboration.
  2. Author's Names and Institutions. Author names must be accompanied by institutional affiliation, institutional address, and email address, without academic titles or job titles.
  3. Abstract. Written in a single paragraph of no more than 250 words, covering: (1) Background; (2) Purpose of the Study; (3) Methods; (4) Results; and (5) Conclusions — without subheadings.
  4. Keywords. List three to five relevant keywords, written in lowercase except for proper nouns.
  5. Introduction. Places the study in a broader context, defines its purpose and significance, and reviews the current state of the research field. The research method is included in this section, covering the research approach, subjects, procedures, instruments, data collection, and analysis techniques. Citations follow APA format, e.g.: (Kamba, 2018) or Rakhmat (1989).
  6. Results and Discussion. Research results must be supported by sufficient data and must address the hypotheses stated in the introduction. The discussion scientifically interprets the findings, relates them to previous studies, and may suggest future research directions.
  7. Conclusion. Addresses the research objectives and must not merely repeat the results, discussion, or abstract. Recommendations for future research may be included.
  8. Acknowledgments. An optional section to recognize support not covered by author contributions or funding, such as technical assistance or material donations.
  9. Conflicts of Interest. Declare any conflicts of interest, or state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
  10. References. Must only include sources cited in the article. The use of reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero is recommended. At least 80% of sources must come from journals, proceedings, or research published within the last five years. References must follow APA 6th Edition format.
