HASIL BELAJAR PELAJARAN PKn DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG
Abstract
Civics lessons are lessons that are considered easy by students. There is a statement saying that the Civics learning outcomes of students in one of the schools in Medan are included in the high category, which is more than 85. This study aims to prove whether this statement is true. This research is a pre-experimental study with the one-shot case study design. The subjects of this study were students at a school in Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, observation and interviews. Documentation is used to obtain Civics learning outcomes for students 3 times (UH1, UH2 and UH3). Observations were made to see the application of direct instruction to Civics lessons. While interviews were conducted with students and teachers to find out the activities of students and teachers during the learning process. As for the results of observations and interviews, it was found that the application of learning used direct instruction. The data analysis technique used in this study used the t-test assisted by IBM SPSS 20. The results showed that at the 95% confidence level, the value of sig(2-tailed)=0.000, because it uses a one-sided test, the p-value=1/2xsig(2-tailed)=1/2x0.000=0<0.05 or t-count=13.436>t-table=1.705, with the criteria of accepting the alternative hypothesis. This means that the statement that the average civics learning outcomes of students is higher than 85 is acceptable. The conclusion from the results of this study is that by using the direct learning model it shows that the Civics learning outcomes of students are in the high category above 85.Downloads
