THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHER ABILITIES AND MOTIVATION LEARNING CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION STUDENTS OF CLASS VIII OF SETIA BUDI BINJAI JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Abstract
The problem in this study is the relationship between teacher authority and motivation to learn Citizenship Education for Class VIII SMP Setia Budi Binjai. This research was conducted at Setia Budi Binjai Private Middle School. The population in this study were all 78 students of SMP Setia Budi Binjai. while the students who became the sample were 31 students. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a significant relationship between teacher authority and the learning motivation of class VIII students at Setia Budi Binjai Private Middle School. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the rxy count is 0.654 while the rxy table at the 5% level is 0.348. so it can be concluded that the value of rcount > rtable so that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, so there is a relationship between teacher authority and the learning motivation of class VIII students at Setia Budi Binjai Private Middle School. To find out whether it is significant or not, the t test formula is used. From the calculation results, the value of rcount > rtable or 4.6 > 2.01 is obtained. so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between teacher authority and the learning motivation of class VIII students of Setia Budi Binjai Private Middle School.Downloads
